Battery Charge

A battery pack contains cells with different resistance, charging efficiency and cooling rates. Your power supply has a strict current limit. Route amps between cells, back off before a hot cell trips its protection and bring every cell above the target charge before time expires.

How to Play Battery Charge

Use A and D or Left and Right Arrow to select a battery cell. Use W or Arrow Up to add one amp to the selected cell and S or Arrow Down to remove one amp. The total assigned current cannot exceed the power supply limit. Watch each cell's charge percentage and temperature. Cells above 92 percent charge are ready once their temperature is below the safe threshold. If a cell reaches the thermal trip temperature, it disconnects temporarily and costs score. Complete all five battery packs before their individual timers expire. Press P to pause, M for sound, F for fullscreen and R to restart.

About

About Battery Charge

Battery Charge is a single-player browser strategy game about managing a multi-cell battery system. Each cell has different resistance, charging efficiency and cooling behavior. A single power supply has a limited current budget, so you must dynamically move amps between cells, reduce power when temperatures rise and bring every cell to the target charge before time runs out.
